Being in the construction industry for quite a while as a Quantity surveyor, seen different seasons, and different professionals carry out their respective duties, to see to the perfect or near-perfect completion of a building project, there is a professional I quite admire from a distance - The Project Manager.

The amazing ability to carry everyone on the shoulder from pre-contract to Inception and then to the completion stage, sometimes spilling over to post-contract. A project manager holds in mind the requirements of everyone on the project making sure none is less tended to.

It is an amazing profession that I, for one, will be most proud to be a part of.
